Spiritual Direction is for lay or ordained people. A Spiritual Director is trained to aid a person on their faith journey. Spiritual Directors are conversation partners listening for how God is moving in a person’s life. Trained in holy listening and conversation, direction may come in many forms – discerning questions, guidance, and reading resources are a few of the tools offered in a spiritual direction session.
