For anyone interested in working as faculty, staff, or administrators in an independent school in the San Diego area, and particularly for those
from underrepresented groups and non-traditional fields.
* You do not need a teaching credential nor an education degree to work in an independent school!

WHAT:
The fair will begin with a 60-minute panel presentation and Q&A by teachers who came to independent schools through unexpected paths. In addition to the panel presentation and the opportunity to talk to representatives from different San Diego independent schools about current and future positions, attendees will receive handouts about working in independent schools.
