Dignity and Diversity Training

The purpose of the diocesan antiracism training is to help us become aware of how the sin of racism impacts all lives, and how we all unconsciously and consciously participate in racist systems. Dialogue, noticing and wondering are the foundation of the two-day workshop. We use group exercises and interactive learning methods to examine our own stories around racism. Of the hundreds of workshop participants, over the past four years, more than 75% have found the workshop to be useful in their work and daily lives.
