PROPERTY GRANTS
Property Grants are available throughout the year. These grants are available to Missions and Action Plan Parishes throughout the year. The form for submitting a request is found below. Priority is given to those projects that have previously been identified as priority one issues by the Property Committee, but other projects are encouraged to apply. The Property Committee and Diocesan staff are always open to discussing your property needs. This assists us with long-term budget planning.

DEFERRED MAINTENANCE GRANTS
Deferred Maintenance Grants are available to Missions and Action Plan Parishes throughout the year.
A prerequisite for property grants categorized as Deferred Maintenance is the completion of a Physical Needs Assessment carried out by a member of the Diocesan Property Committee, and documented findings prioritized as urgent or high impact. Grant requests are by invitation of the property committee. Generally, requests less than $10,000 will not be considered. Exceptions may occur in unusual circumstances as vetted by the Property Committee or upon request from the Executive Council.
Criteria to Fund Projects:
- Health & Safety Related
- Enhancing security
- Improving accessibility to property
- Mitigating harm to infrastructure
