Common Life Share
Our common life share, formerly known as the mission share pledge, is the support the diocese receives from churches for our collective work. In 2016 our convention changed the formula to a 10.5% flat request, known as the Common Life Share (CLS). Congregations may also give more for specific projects (known as the Common Life Share plus or CLS+). For 2025, the following CLS+ projects are encouraged: Border Ministries, Campus Ministries, and Youth and Children Ministry. Each congregation is encouraged to participate in the overall mission of the diocese by contributing to one or more of these initiatives as part of our shared mission. The CLS+ projects change annually.
