EDSD Easter Vigil 2021

We’ve heard wonderful responses to our Christmas and Epiphany pageants so, on behalf of our student actors, musicians, Wise Women, and the dozens of us who helped create them, thank you for your kind support.

After a late-night bought of divine inspiration, we’re proud to offer another video production based on The Great Vigil of Easter. Featuring students and musicians from our diocesan family (as well as two familiar angels) this 15-20 minute video will move through the mystery of Jesus’ journey from death into life.

This time we’re using props like glow sticks, noisemakers, water squirters, and to bring the viewers into the fun as the traditional vigil stories are told on screen. Just like our pageants, this video will be available to download and imbed into your congregation’s Holy Week experience or, as so many continue to do, watch at home with your family.

This continues to be a unique season in our lives and we continue to find unique ways to share the blessing of Jesus among us.
