Governance Best Practices

Join Canon Gwynn Lynch and Canon Jeff Martinhauk to learn more about the ABCs of church governance. The day is designed for vestry/Bishop’s committee members, wardens, and treasurers. The workshops will include meeting facilitation skills, discussion of accounting software packages, and the upcoming changes to the parochial report. There will also be an opportunity for affinity groups to discuss common themes.
