SUMMARY:Godly Play Training Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Godly Play Training\nThe Episcopal Diocese of San Diego in partnership with Christ Church Coronado is pleased to offer a Godly Play Core Training Retreat August 19-21\, 2022. Over the course of the retreat\, participants will experience all aspects of the Godly Play method and begin to become fluent in the Godly Play core stories and fundamental practices. Additionally\, Godly Play’s guiding Theology of Childhood is introduced\, so participants become more deeply connected to their work. The circle of participants becomes very strong and trustworthy when this work is done in the closed environment of a several-day retreat\, and participants enjoy spiritual renewal and lasting friendships. This training is regularly $355 but will be offered to participants in our diocese for $75 per person. \nRetreat Schedule\n8/19\, Friday – 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. includes dinner\n8/20\, Saturday – 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. includes coffee\, snacks and lunch\n8/21\, Sunday – 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. includes lunch\, snacks\, and beverages \n** Space is limited.
