DESCRIPTION:Youth Counselor Training\nSunday\, May 18th from 1:00-5:00 pm\nSt. Luke’s\, North Park\nYouth grades rising 7-12 grades\nCost: free\nSnacks included. \nWe know youth are some of the best leaders within our churches and communities. This class honors their value and continued dedication to leading and caring for our youngest parishioners- our kids!  \nIn this class\, 6th-12th graders will receive training from diocesan formation leaders and clergy. By the end of the class\, youth will be certified in Safe Church Safe Communities\, and have learned valuable skills in running small groups\, interacting with children in engaging ways\, and understand basic safety procedures. \nThis class is perfect for youth interested in being Youth Leaders for VBS\, Sunday School and babysitting within the community. \nRegister HERE\n \nPlease contact Leighton Jones\, Children and Youth Missioner\, ljones@edsd.org\, with any questions.
