Ministry representatives or ministry merchants (exhibitors) are welcome to apply for a table at Diocesan Convention at St. Margaret’s, Palm Desert for the convention on Friday – Saturday, November 8 and 9.
Application deadline is September 23.
Lunch and electrical outlets are included in your registration fee. You may bring your own lunch if you prefer.
You may begin setting up at 7 a.m. on Friday, November 8. You may start breaking down your exhibit at 3 p.m. on Saturday, November 9. All exhibits should be completely removed by 6 p.m. on Saturday.
