VOLUNTEER NEEDED | ECS - San Diego
Join the Episcopal Community Services team! A volunteer is urgently needed to sort, stack and label in-kind donation items at ECS Administrative Offices, located at 4305 University Avenue. Volunteer must be able to sit, bend, kneel and carry up to 20 lbs without assistance. Approximately 4-8 hours of work available. YOUTH MINISTER | Trinity - Escondido
Trinity seeks a part-time youth minister who will lead weekly youth programs, organize regular extra activities (outreach, service, retreats, trips, etc.), and work with volunteers to bring youth into regular church life. Youth minister will work with the leadership of the church to expand ministry to include youth not currently attending Trinity. Position has potential for growth as program increases. Trinity is a moderate - liberal congregation with an interest in forming Christian character and faith beyond the hot button issues of the day. The ideal candidate, male or female, has a strong commitment to the Christian faith and an openness to moderate - liberal theology. The ability to lead worship is a plus.
