Ours is a world of metaphor and subliminal messages. It is refreshing to pause and reflect on these symbols of healing, connection and transition. The circuitous path of the labyrinth is a safe place to let go of our time-bound selves, listening and moving to the music of our souls. The labyrinth is a metaphor for life, our sacred journey. The Rev. Lauren Artress, author of Walking the Sacred Path, declares that "the labyrinth births people's creativity." For a beautiful walking meditation, every second Wednesday from 6:00pm - 8:00pm, the labyrinth at St. Paul's is open to all interested in exploring this mystical tool of healing and spiritual connection. Facilitators Jim and Rhana Kozak will give a brief orientation at 6:00pm. For information, call: 619-298-7261.
